1. What space is required to accommodate a ball pit?The small ball pit is 2.2 by 2.2 meters in size and the large ball pit is 3.3 by 3.3meteres. The ball pits can be erected in lounge rooms, bedrooms, garages, car ports and most back yards. Please measure the area before placing your order. The ball pit can be set up on grass, carpet, cement and most other types of flooring. The ball pits are set up on mats for extra protection. Back to Top Go Back |
2. How many kids can play a the ball pit?The small ball pit can accommodate 6-8 babies comfortably, with the large ball pit accommodating as many as 12 with ease. Of course the number of children varies depending on the age and size of the children. Back to Top Go Back |
3. What is the age limit for the ball pit?We recommend 6 months up to three years of age. This makes it easier for the younger children to enjoy themselves with out competing with larger older children running around. You can have up to three year olds using the equipment but don't forget to supervise them. Back to Top Go Back |
4. Can babies get out of the ball pit?The ball pit is fully enclosed. There is no door entry therefore the only way babies can get out is by being lifted out. 5. What is the age limit for the kids toddler pack?The toddler pack is suitable for children from 2 to 6 years of age. Back to Top Go Back |
6. Equipment usage in foul weather?We recommend that there is some type of shelter to protect the children from inclement weather. Adverse weather conditions will not affect the equipment. Garages, carports or any internal space is recommended on wet and windy days, don't forget the sunscreen. Back to Top Go Back |

8. Are the ball pits and play gyms safe for young children?The ball pit and the play gyms are high grade non-toxic plastic. The balls which are commercial grade are almost impossible for kids to pop. The foam shapes are made from child friendly non-toxic material. All equipment meets the Australian standards. When the ball pits are set up they have one to two layer of balls which is regarded as safe for the young children. You can request additional balls to be added to the ball pit at the time of ordering at an additional cost. Additional balls are generally added for 2 - 3 year olds parties. Back to Top Go Back |
9. Is there a delivery fee?Yes, there is a free local delivery service to Campbelltown and surrounding areas (within 20km). Other areas will incur a $20-30 delivery fee. The cost free area embraces Appin, Liverpool, Camden, Casula and communities within this radius. Back to Top Go Back |
10. Equipment setup times?The setup time is normally no more than 30min. This of course depends on the size of the order, amount of equipment hired and the type of access to the venue. If access is difficult please give a description at the time of booking. 11. When will the equipment be delivered then removed from our location?We normally arrive and set up about 1 hour before your party. The equipment is dismantle and removed as close as possible to the end of the party .

12. Is the equipment clean and hygienic?The equipment is cleaned and disinfected after each use. Over time the equipment may start to show signs of wear and tear. At this point the equipment is replaced. Equipment is also updated on a regular basis to ensure your child plays in a safe, user friendly environment. We request that children do not wear shoes or take food and drink onto any peace of equipment to help us maintain a high standard of hygiene for other users. Back to Top Go Back |
13. Method of payment!A $30 deposit required to confirm your booking which we require to be paid within 10 days. The balance can be paid when booking or on the day at time of delivery in cash.
